We did one final riddle, answered it, and wrote the date.
MATH
The students worked on a cumulative review of questions from the entire year.
LUNCH
Cargill treated the students and staff to a hot dog lunch, which included pop or juice, chips, and a popsicle. After lunch the Cargill staff put on an informational session on this year's crop - Canola. This included letting the students see plants from the field, seeds, and products made with Canola oil.
CLEAN UP & FUN
The students packed up their desks and then we went to the gym and built and flew gliders. Then the students and Miss Riddell walked down to the ice cream shop for a treat. Upon returning to the school the students got everyone in grade three to sign an autograph sheet. We read a bit more of our 39 Clues book but didn't quite finish it before it was time to head out to the buses or home.
